Your First Visit
After being greeted by our friendly front desk team, you’ll be given a brief tour of the office, and then you’ll have a few minutes to chat with your dentist. Then, they will perform a thorough oral exam and take any necessary X-rays. They’ll go over their observations with you and discuss any additional treatments you might need. You’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like, and if time allows, you’ll then receive a dental cleaning.
Patient Forms
Why spend 20 minutes in our office filling out forms when you can just do it in the comfort of your own home? Once you schedule your appointment, we will send your new patient forms via email. Please let us know if you have any issues accessing our forms.
Dental Insurance Accepted
Dental insurance is a fantastic investment in your oral and overall health, and at Meadowbrook Dentistry, we’ll make sure you get the most out of your plan.
